Michelle Obama in Biden Out ?

Could Michelle Obama be parachuted in last minute as the Democratic Presidential Nominee ? Don’t be surprised if she is. Despite saying numerous times that she has no interest in running (don’t they always say that), there is a strong argument that she may be the only person who could go against Donald Trump with any chance of winning.

Joe Biden is the oldest serving President ever. If he was to run in 2024 and win he would be 82 years old and would remain in office until he was 86. Given the rumours of his state of health, which are actually quite evident if you watch him at all, in all likelihood he will either step aside or more probably be pushed aside by his own party invoking article 25, which states in Section 4:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Joe Biden is facing mounting criticism and potential legal problems not to mention his apparent declining cognisance. Lets not also forget the problems Hunter is having with the laptop from hell. The accusations flying around together with the legal wranglings of his son, show a litany of alleged crimes;

Just some of his problems include; Burisma, Rosemont Seneca, Selling State Secrets, Spying on POTUS45, Laptop from Hell, 10% For the “Big Guy” and Divulged list of Americans in Afghanistan to name just a few.

Last weeks ruling by the Supreme Court Of America whereby Special counsel Jack Smith had asked the court to take up the case in an expedited manner, was rejected by SCOTUS. Jack Smith in his move to set the trial date for March 4, the day before Super Tuesday, was seen as a politically motivated move to impact and ultimately remove Trump from the ballot.

Super Tuesday, occurring in March next year, serves as the key day for the United States presidential primary elections, where a significant number of U.S. states conduct their primary elections and caucuses. This day, hosting the largest share of delegates to the presidential nominating conventions—approximately one-third—holds more influence than any other. As a result, the outcomes on Super Tuesday serve as robust indicators of the probable eventual nominee for each political party.

After the Supreme Court’s rejection, Trump persisted in asserting his immunity from federal prosecution, expressing his stance on social media on Friday.“ I was President, it was my right and duty to investigate, and speak on, the rigged and stolen 2020 Presidential Election. Looking forward to the very important arguments on Presidential Immunity in front of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals”.

Now that this manoeuvre by Jack Smith has failed, will this force the Democrats to make their next move ? The powers that be will not be able to get Biden across the finish line even with cheating. Invoke the 25th Amendment before the Primaries, Kamala assumes the role of President and then appoints Michelle as Vice President. This may be one route for Michelle.

Alternatively they could announce Michelle at the Democratic convention which just so happens to be in Chicago this year. Together with the Super Delegate’s vote this could be another route although we think that Biden will be out way before then.

In looking at other Democrat candidates, it seems Michelle Obama is the only viable option if Biden is removed. Other candidates include Marianne Williamson and Dean Phillips that most people have never even heard of. Robert Kennedy was supposedly on the ticket before deciding to run as an Independent on Oct 7th. Hardly surprising when you listen to his Policy ideas, more akin to Trump than the Democrats. Kamala Harris does not have a high approval rating and a bid for the nomination would be disastrous for her. ‘ Making matters worse, Kamala Harris is the least popular vice president in US history. Poles overwhelmingly show she doesn’t have enough support to win the White House’ . American insider reported.

According to a Poll reported by Radar Online, Michelle would have an approval rating of 48% against Biden at 36% if she was to run. Biden is probably a lot lower now as this poll dates from Aug this year.

It won’t be plain sailing though. Despite saying that during Baracks Presidency they were “scandal-free” ,during a CNN interview, there are possibly many skeletons in the Obamas’ wardrobe. You just need to dig deeper into ; Rise of ISIS, Pallets of cash to Iran, China stealing I.P, Benghazi, Obamacare, Ukraine quid pro quo and lets not forget Illegal FBI/CIA spying on the Trump Campaign.

Let’s also recall that Katy Chevigny, the producer of the Netflix documentary “BECOMING” about Michelle Obama, is married to Special Counsel Jack Smith. Smith was personally selected by Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate Donald Trump, raising questions about potential nefarious political intentions on the part of Obama and the Democrats.

In all likelihood, despite calls from the Republicans to impeach Biden, Democrats would block this move and remove him based on health grounds before any impeachment. At Flat Out News Michelle Obama 2024 is the most likely outcome for Democrat Presidential Candidate.
