WHO Treaty on Pandemic Preparedness, Democracy under Threat

The UN Pandemic Treaty is a proposed international agreement aimed at enhancing global cooperation in preparedness, response, and recovery from future pandemics. If it comes into effect, it will be managed and controlled by the member states of the United Nations, with oversight and coordination by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other relevant UN agencies.

On paper that sound great but is it ? Well in terms of sovereignty and democracy probably not.

In its current form, the treaty grants the World Health Organization (WHO) the authority to enforce various measures, such as substantial financial contributions from individual states, implementation of lockdowns, imposition of travel restrictions, conducting mandatory medical examinations, and enforcing compulsory vaccinations in the event of a public health emergency declared by the WHO itself.

The WHO will possess exclusive and broad-ranging powers to declare Public Health Emergencies of International Concern (PHEIC) for potential or real threats across extensive regions, encompassing biological, climate, or environment-related hazards. This declaration can be made without substantial evidence, and the WHO will unilaterally determine the measures and medical interventions to be imposed on the public without obtaining informed consent.

Additionally, the WHO’s authority will extend to the official censorship of information, including restricting free speech that contradicts the official narrative established by the WHO. Furthermore, the organization will not be answerable to any national parliament and will not be constrained by constitutional safeguards.

Lets not forget that Trump during his Presidency initiated moves to leave the WHO effective July 2021. On his first day as President, Biden reengaged with the WHO and halted and reversed the decision by the Trump administration which also included the Paris accords.

In the UK the most vocal politician on the subject is Andrew Bidgen MP who put forward a bill to ‘Prohibit Ministers of the Crown from making or implementing any legal instrument which is not consistent with the sovereignty of the United Kingdom Parliament unless it has been approved by referendum and connected purposes’. This was proposed through Ten Minute Rule Read here and only as there was a petition by UK citizens which exceeded the 100K threshold so was bound to be debated.

In addition Andrew Bidgen MP has been vocal on all Pandemic related issues and on Dec 4th hosted a historic meeting in Parliament at which doctors and analysts gave expert testimony on the pandemic and its consequences.

Should we trust the WHO?

You recall that during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the World Health Organization’s involvement in enabling medical authoritarianism became evident. It endorsed mandatory lockdowns, resulting in the devastation of livelihoods for millions globally, leading to a significant increase in mental health issues. The organization advocated for the closure of businesses, of schools, setting back the education of an entire generation. Additionally, it supported the use of incompletely tested and unauthorized vaccines under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), which, contrary to claims of being ‘safe and effective,’ proved otherwise, contributing to a notable increase in spike protein-induced heart and brain diseases.

This Organisation answerable to no one and whose authority would transcend individual Nations States and their Sovereignty is an un-elected group who have shown that they serve private interests, would have Worldwide totalitarian control. This is not something I want to live under and nor should you.
